Legal experts discuss court battle over Utah’s Amendment 3

SALT LAKE CITY -- Lawyers on both sides of a case that could set precedent nationwide regarding same-sex marriage made their arguments before a federal judge in Denver Thursday.

The state of Utah has filed an appeal of the ruling that struck down Amendment 3, which banned same-sex marriage in the state. Attorneys and legal experts Troy Booher and Tanya Peters came to the FOX 13 News Studio to discuss the case, see the video above for their analysis.
