Attorney discusses Utah’s appeal of ruling in same-sex marriage case

SALT LAKE CITY --  The state of Utah's appeal of a ruling that struck down the state's ban on same-sex marriage continues to make its way through the court system, and a hearing is scheduled in the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver for Thursday.

Attorney Tanya Peters came to the FOX 13 News Studio Wednesday to discuss the upcoming hearing. See the video above for her comments, as she discusses the case and what we can expect to happen as the court battle continues to unfold.
