Fifteen firefighters from across Salt Lake County have joined Intermountain Medical Center’s annual My Heart Challenge, which is a competition that aims to put people on a path to a more healthy lifestyle.
The challenge kicked off recently, and it runs until June 25. See the video above for interviews with firefighters and others.
