The 2014 My Heart Challenge is the work of Intermountain Health Care and seeks to help 15 firefighters improve their heart health.
On Wednesday, Jeffrey Beck from Intermountain Medical Center came to the FOX 13 News studio to discuss the challenge as well as demonstrate several exercises. See the video above for his comments and tips.
