It was a great week...if you don't count the three-day migraine headache I had. I can't complain too much though, as I had some fun experiences this week as well.
I started amping up my workouts and am alternating cardio days and weight lifting days. Monday, Wednesday and Friday is cardio while Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday is weight training. I rest on Sunday.
I learned a really cool lesson at this week's cool school of the week, Riverton High School; just because you lose 140 pounds, it doesn't mean you can go crowd surfing.
However, due to the weight loss, I am willing to try just about anything, and for that I am so grateful because I think my weight held me back to a certain extent.
l also had a great time at Hardware Ranch in Hyrum. I got to be up close and personal with some elk, which was a really cool experience.
