I still have some stubborn congestion that is lingering in my chest, but for the most part I am feeling a lot better than I did last week.
I am still hitting the gym and staying active with basketball and helping out with my son’s wrestling club twice a week. Needless to say, I am way more active than I have ever been.
I did have a little setback when I was working during a health segment–I got an EKG on live TV and I was told that I needed to get a full physical because I had some irregularity in my heart rhythm.
So I am waiting to hear when I have an appointment with a doctor. Hopefully it is just because I was sick and haven’t fully recovered.
This week, my goal is to slow down and smell the roses and not do so much. I want to focus on quality time not quantity.
Big shout out to Doctors Cottam and Richards, BMI Utah, Salt Lake Regional Medical Center and all of you for your tremendous support.
