TOOELE COUNTY — A road has closed because of flooding in Tooele County, officials said Tuesday afternoon.
Faust Road, east of U.S. Highway 36 closed because of flooding near the town of Vernon, approximately 35 minutes away from Tooele, said Bucky Whitehouse, spokesman for Tooele County emergency services.
Motorists traveling east into Utah County have been diverted to State Route 73 Junction.
