- 3 tablespoons Vivian’s Live Again Alfredo Mix
- 1/2 cup cool water
- 1 pizza crust (12-14 inch)
- 3 ounces sun dried tomatoes or 1/2 tomato, diced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 6-8 mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 can artichoke hearts, diced
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 1-2 ounces fresh basil or cilantro, torn or chopped
- 2 green onions, diced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Whisk Vivian’s Alfredo mix into cool water in a microwavable dish. Bring to a complete boil. Spread on prepared crust then top with tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, artichoke hearts and sunflower seeds. Bake according to crust recipe instructions. Top with basil or cilantro, green onions and red pepper flakes, if using.
