Police seek suspect who robbed South Jordan gas station

SOUTH JORDAN, Utah – Police in South Jordan are asking for the public’s helping identifying a male suspect wanted in connection with two armed robberies.

The alleged robberies occurred at a Maverik gas station at 10419 South 2700 West on January 14 and January 18.

In the first incident, the suspect entered wearing a dark colored hoodie and bandana to conceal his face. The suspect displayed a handgun and demanded cash from the clerk before fleeing on foot.

In the second incident, the same suspect entered wearing a navy and orange knit hat and a bandana to conceal his face. The suspect demanded cash but did not display a weapon. He left after receiving cash and cartons of cigarettes.

Police consider the suspect to be armed and dangerous, and they ask anyone with information about the suspect or the crimes to call police at 801-840-4000.
