I had a good week. I was able to maintain my gym schedule, which is now just 3 times a week because I am playing so much basketball. So my activity level has maintained its frequency and nothing new to report as far as changes physically or emotionally.
I am still feeling strong and healthy and am finding I have tons of energy. I have noticed that when I lay down to go to sleep, it doesn’t take long for me to knock out, I guess that’s good.
Waffle Love was in my neighborhood one night, and my daughter just had to have one. Not only did I not have one or even a bite of one, I was not even tempted…they sure look delicious though.
For work I had a chance to hang out with Author Todd Wilbur aka Food Hacker. He showed me how to make Gatorade from home. HGTV’s List it or Love it Too hostess Jillian Harris gave me some styling tips for my house.
I also got a picture of this billboard from my brother-in-law, who was driving on the freeway and saw it. I haven’t seen it yet, but it is a credit to all the people like you, my family and friends. All of you have supported me, inspired me, and encouraged me to keep pushing. Big ups to Doctors Cottam, Richards, BMI, and Salt Lake Regional Hospital for their help.
