Davis High teacher officially charged with rape

FARMINGTON, Utah — A Davis High School teacher accused of having a sexual relationship with a student was officially charged Tuesday.

Brianne Land Altice, 34, has been officially charged with three counts of rape, all first-degree felonies.

Kaysville City Police arrested Altice in October after an investigation into the claims that she had sexual relationships with a male student. Read more here.
