Utah ranked worst state for drinking

SALT LAKE CITY– In light of the 80th anniversary of the end of prohibition, TIME Magazine has compiled a list of “The 3 Best and 3 Worst States in America for Drinking.”

If you live in Utah, it might not be much of a shocker, but the popular magazine has ranked the Beehive State the worst state for consuming alcohol. The author mentioned Utah’s strong religious culture which has “helped motivate the passage of sundry drinking restrictions.”

Massachusetts and Pennsylvania were the other two states you wouldn’t want to visit if you’re looking for a strong drink.

On the other end of things– Missouri, Nevada, and Wisconsin were best.
