Suspects in alleged robbery at park arrested

SALT LAKE CITY – A man and two teens are behind bars after they allegedly attacked and robbed another man at a park in Salt Lake City Wednesday night.

Police said the 52-year-old victim told police the suspects approached him, punched him and stole his wallet at a park near 900 west and 1000 South.

The victim’s wife contacted police, and the adult suspect, 19-year-old Carlos Grijalva of California, was arrested near the scene. The two teen suspects were found and arrested nearby a short time later. The victim sustained minor injuries.
