Big Budah’s blog: Back in the saddle after an injury

This week there wasn’t too much going on except for the fact that I am able to start working out again, yay! I had to stop for a while after injuring my ankle.

Even with the surgery, weight loss and the lack of cravings, one of my favorite things to do on the weekend is to sit behind the grill with some chicken barbecuing.

I am going on day 14 of Noshavember to honor the memory of my father, who my family and I remembered this past Veterans Day. Last year at this time I met David Alan Grier at Wiseguys Comedy Club, and I can see a significant change in my appearance from looking at the picture we took.

People often ask me if I would do it over again now that I know what it feels like. Is it worth it? My answer is: Yes and yes! I also feel amazing. Thanks again to you all for the positive push and support.
