WOODS CROSS, Utah – Police have arrested a suspected drunken driver who they said caused an accident that killed the suspect’s friend Thursday.

Police officials said David Helm, 47, crashed his Jeep into a parked tow truck near 1500 South and 1450 West Thursday night.
