SOUTH JORDAN, Utah – The Humane Society of Utah teamed up with a car dealership to raise money for the animal friendly organization.

Christopher KIA South Jordan held a grand opening Thursday for their new facility, located at 10301 South Jordan Gateway, and the folks from the Humane Society were there with adoptable pets.

Dealership officials have agreed to donate $100 to the Humane Society for each car sold, and the deal goes until Saturday.

Humane Society officials said they currently have about 300 cats and 200 dogs available for adoption. For more information, contact the Humane Society of Utah at 801-261-2919 or visit their website.
