OGDEN -- Civilian workers protested outside of Hill Air Force Base Tuesday in response to the government shutdown.
The shutdown doesn’t apply to enlisted service members but it does apply to those civilian employees. Several dozen of local members of the American Federation of Government Employees are holding the informational rally.
