Asian Noodles (08.20.13)

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons hot water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons pure sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot chili oil (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 12 ounces thin spaghetti, cooked
  • 4 green onions, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped

Place the noodles in a large bowl, whisk the first 9 ingredients together in a bowl. Taste and adjust ingredients as needed. Toss warm noodles to coat.
Sprinkle with green onions, cilantro and peanuts; toss thoroughly.
