Newly crowned Miss Utah 2013 Ciera Pekarcik came to Good Day Utah Sunday to talk about her work with the Miss America organization. Pekarcik will work with organizations like the Children's Miracle Network to promote her platform "Child Sex Abuse: Recognition and Recovery."
