Wal-Mart ends relationship with Paula Deen’s company

(CNN) — Wal-Mart is ending its relationship with Paula Deen’s company, a spokeswoman for the retail giant said Wednesday.

“We are ending our relationship with Paula Deen Enterprises and we will not place new orders beyond those already committed. We will work with suppliers to address existing inventories and agreements,” Wal-Mart spokeswoman Danit Marquardt said.
