MILLCREEK – A Millcreek man got quite a scare last night when a woman knocked on his door and asked to use his restroom.

The homeowner, Ron Nelson, let the woman and a man in his home around midnight and soon after, at least two other men came in Nelson’s home. The suspects allegedly grabbed Nelson and tied him up.

The suspects then ransacked Nelson’s home, and Nelson said he shouldn’t have let the people into his home.

“You just have to be careful about who you let in your house, you know.  I tend to be more trusting,” Ron Nelson said.

Detective Ken Hansen, Unified Police Department, said they found the stolen goods before they were taken away.

“We impounded a vehicle there at the scene and recovered stolen property out of the vehicle,” he said.

Nelson happened to be on the phone with a friend during the incident, and that friend heard the commotion and called 911.

Police have identified the female suspect as 48-year-old Denna Cisneros.

She was taken into custody Monday night, but three male accomplices escaped.
