A picture of an Ohio girl is going viral online.
Originally reported by WOIO, Erin Potter’s family snapped this photo of their daughter right after they learned her leukemia had come back. Her family says they believe the figure that appeared behind her is the Virgin Mary. “My reaction immediately, it’s Mary, they hear us, she’s there,” her mom told the station.
WOIO says she has since had a transplant and is now cancer-free. They say they know not everyone will believe what they see in the image, “Whatever happened, you know something powerful and special was there with us,” her dad said.
