OCHRE BEACH, Manitboa -- A massive wall of lake ice swept over a community in Canada and destroyed several homes.

About 20 homes and cottages were damaged when the ice moved in, and local authorities have declared a state of emergency.

High winds and warmer temperatures are being blamed for the disaster. The same community was devastated by major flooding two years ago.
