According to Reuters, the Supreme Court may soon “issue a ruling that could restrict universities’ use of race in deciding who is awarded places.” This comes 35 years after the SCOTUS “set the terms for boosting college admissions of African Americans and other minorities.” They say the decision could come as early as Monday.
