TAYLORSVILLE, Utah – Job seekers were invited to meet with many different staffing agencies and potential employers at a job fair held in Taylorsville on Tuesday.

The event was the Department of Workforce Services second annual job fair. Yvette Woodland, Department of Workforce Services, said job seekers enjoyed having so many staffing agencies in the same place at the same time.

“They enjoy employers on site all the time, but a larger effort like this is good for them because they have the ability to market themselves to a larger employer community,” she said.

Woodland said employers were pleased with the job seekers who attended, and she said they anticipate many job placements as a result of the job fair.
