- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup frozen strawberry
- 1/2 cup frozen banana
- 1 cup non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt or 1 cup vanilla soy yogurt
- 1/2 cup ice
Pour the apple juice in the blender. Add the strawberries, bananas, frozen yogurt and ice cubes.
Blend until smooth with a thick consistency. (Note: vegans can use suitable sugar.)
