Body found at Mt. Ogden identified as missing WSU student

The remains of a man found at Mount Ogden Peak earlier this week have been identified by authorities Friday.

Juan Pablo Brant was discovered by Snowbasin Ski Patrol near the antenna towers at the top of Mount Ogden in Weber County on Tuesday, according to Weber County Sheriff’s Office.

Brant, a student at Weber State University, was previously reported missing earlier this month by WSU Campus Police.

Authorities did not release any additional details on what may have caused Brant’s death.
