Cream Cheese Filling (12.28.12)
Beat together until light.:
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 t. vanilla
- 1/3 c. sugar (Truvia or Splenda may be substituted)
Gradually add 1/2 c. whipping cream, beating constantly until light and fluffy.
Gradually add 1/2 c. milk and 2 T. ULTRA GEL and beat until stiff.
This makes an excellent filling for a refrigerator cheese cake, or for use in tarts, crepes and other dessert shells. Yield: about 2 c.
