Police looking for suspect in Baskin Robbins robbery

SALT LAKE CITY – A Baskin Robbins in Sugar House was robbed on Thursday night.

The robbery took place at the Baskin Robbins located at 1465 East and 2100 South. Police say the suspect entered the ice cream shop with a handgun and demanded cash. After taking the money, the man left, possibly heading westbound through an alley.

The suspect is described as a white man wearing a fedora-style hat, a long plaid jacket and knitted gloves. He was wearing some sort of Halloween mask and a black and white wig.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Salt Lake City Police Dept.
