SALT LAKE CITY – The U.S. Census Bureau released information about education in Utah as part of its American Community Survey for 2007 to 2011.

Researchers were able to compare small areas with large cities and compare which areas are the richest, poorest and most educated.

According to the survey, in 21 Utah cities, towns or unincorporated places, including Hanksville and Scofield, not a single resident has a bachelor’s degree. The places where no one is thought to have a bachelor’s degree are usually small and rural or American Indian reservations.

The survey estimates that Summit and Cache County are among the places in Utah with a high number of degrees.
