SANDY, Utah – A man was arrested at the Festival of Trees after allegedly groping and 11-year-old girl.
Police say a woman saw Christopher Rebstock groping the girl near a group of dancers on Friday.
According to court records, he spent time in prison in Louisiana for killing a girl when he was a teenager.
In 2001, he was sentenced to three years in prison in Utah for attempted aggravated sexual abuse of a child.
