Cheese isn't just for eating anymore. Utah State University engineers proved that by powering a 22-horsepower engine drag racer using bio-fuel made of the yeast from cheese.
The yeast fuel was demonstrated at the World of Speed event held at the Bonneville Salt Flats on Tuesday. (See Video above)
The drag racer reached a top speed of 64 miles per hour.
USU plans on coming back next year even stronger.
