Mango Studded Guacamole (08.13.12)

  • 3-4 Ripe Avocados, seeds removed and peeled
  • 1 Small Mango ¼” dice
  • 1 Medium Serrano Pepper
  • 2 T Red Onion ¼ inch dice
  • Jicama peeled and ¼” dice
  • 2 T Cilantro minced
  • 1 green onion thinly sliced crossways
  • 1 t Fresh orange juice
  • Kosher Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Place all ingredients except salt and pepper in a medium sized mixing bowl and smash together. Stir in salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
