- 3-4 Ripe Avocados, seeds removed and peeled
- 1 Small Mango ¼” dice
- 1 Medium Serrano Pepper
- 2 T Red Onion ¼ inch dice
- Jicama peeled and ¼” dice
- 2 T Cilantro minced
- 1 green onion thinly sliced crossways
- 1 t Fresh orange juice
- Kosher Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Place all ingredients except salt and pepper in a medium sized mixing bowl and smash together. Stir in salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
