Police looking for suspect in Layton bank robbery

LAYTON, Utah – Police are looking for a man they say robbed a bank in Layton on Friday.

Layton police say a man walked into the Wells Fargo bank at 2000 North and Main Street at around 4 p.m. Friday and demanded money. Witnesses say the man didn’t have any weapons and left on foot after receiving some cash.

The man is described as an older white man with gray hair, wearing a jacket and baggy blue jeans.
