Man arrested for 3 DUIs in 48 hours out on bond

LOGAN, Utah – A Logan man arrested for three DUIs in less than 48 hours is out on the streets again.

Daniel Kropf, 41, was first booked into the Cache County Jail on July 8 for allegedly driving under the influence. He was arrested two more times in a matter of days for the same issue before being denied bail.

FOX 13 has learned that Kropf was released on a $30,000 bond after a judge granted him the option to post bail under certain conditions.

Kropf, who has been charged with first-degree felony DUI has to wear an ankle monitor and submit to random drug tests.

His next scheduled court hearing is Sept. 4.
