- 1/2 lemon, juice and zest
- 2 teaspoons red wine or apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar or honey
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 apples, diced
- 3 celery stalks, diced
- 1/4 sweet onion, diced
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Combine the first 3 ingredients in a bowl; add salt and pepper to taste. Stream in the oil. Add the apples, celery and onion. Mix together. Chill before serving for best flavor.
