OGDEN, Utah - Hill Air Force Base kicked off its yearly "See Me, Save Me" motorcycle safety campaign on Wednesday.

The campaign was designed to bring awareness to drivers of both vehicles and motorcycles to pay attention.

"The 'See Me, Save Me' was designed to bring about awareness with vehicle operators. We lose a lot of riders every year to distracted drivers. It's not all the driver sometimes its distracted riding as well," said Allan Woods with the See Me, Save Me campaign.

To help raise awareness, hundreds of riders from HAFB participated in a two-hour motorcycle ride through Weber County.

"What we're trying to do is get a large group of riders together so we can show them how many riders are sharing the road with them and hopefully have them pay more attention," said Woods.
