PROVO -- Hundreds of Utah County residents line up every day for gourmet hot dogs. The fast food craze was started by a BYU student in a little red shack a decade ago.

Jaysen Edwards was an Asian Studies major at BYU a decade ago when he decided to sell everything he had to buy a small shack on the edge of campus and open a hot dog stand.

The store moved into a bigger location and is opening more locations in Orem and American Fork.
