Stores at the new City Creek Center are closed, but that hasn't stopped Utahns from visiting the grounds of the mall.
Two major restaurants--The Cheesecake Factory and Texas de Brazil--are the only businesses open on Sundays.
But even though visitors can't hit the shops, they can walk around the grounds of the outdoor mall; the public outdoor spaces are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Mall rules still apply: dogs must remain on leashes; no bikes, roller blades or skateboards on the property. Security is still keeping watch even though the stores are closed.
