13-year-old Gabby Braun started doing martial arts at the age of 3. She worked her way through the levels quickly and as she got better, her interest grew.
Braun discovered extreme martial arts at a convention in 2010, but in her town of Spanish Fork, extreme martial art coaches are uncommon, so Braun took to the Internet for virtual training. She usually practices two or three hours a day, six days a week.
Her hard work has paid off; she has taken first place in competitions. Braun plans to go for a world title within the next few years.
