Weber County prosecutors filed charges Tuesday against the 16-year-old suspect in an alleged bomb plot at Roy High School.

The suspect is facing charges of use of a weapon of mass destruction and prosecutors want to charge him as an adult.

Fox 13 has chosen not to name the teen, since he is a minor.

Both the 16-year-old and 18-year-old Dallin Morgan were arrested for alleged plotting to blow up the school last week.

Morgan is expected in court Wednesday morning.
