2 tablespoons canola oil 1/2 lb. boneless steak (i.e. sirloin, flat iron) 4 eggs 4 English muffins, split 2 tablespoons butter, softened 4 slices Havarti, cheddar or mozzarella cheese 1 avocado, halved, seed removed 3 tablespoons sour cream 1/4 cup salsa 4 tomato slices 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped (optional) Salt and Pepper, to taste Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
