    Jazz wiped out by Warriors

OAKLAND, Calif – To look at the stats, you might think the result was very different. Utah scored 102 points and Trey Burke had a career high 15 assists to go with 24 points, matching the team high with Alec Burks. But the 102 scored by Utah pales in comparison to the 130 scored by Golden State as they handed the Jazz a 28-point loss on Sunday night. Klay Thompson led all scores with 33, and Stephen Curry had 31 […]

    Jazz snap six game skid

SALT LAKE CITY– When the Jazz needed him most, rookie point guard Trey Burke delivered. While the win isn’t going to be enough to launch the Jazz into playoff contention, it was nice to end a six-game losing streak on the night that the organization […]

  • ‘Cats, Cougars Going Dancing

PROVO, Utah – We already knew that Weber State was going to the NCAA Championship Tournament, by virtue of their Big Sky championship victory over North Dakota. What we didn’t know until Sunday, is whether or not BYU’s second place finish in the West Coast Conference tournament was enough to earn them an at-large big. Turn out, it was. And the Cougars didn’t just eek out a spot in the field of 68. They earned a surprisingly high 10-seed and […]
