MURRAY, Utah – Murray firefighters were able to safely extinguish a house fire Tuesday evening.
Firefighters were called to a home near 4600 S. and Cherry St. in Murray at about 7:15 p.m.
According to firefighters on-scene, the fire started at the back of the house. It took 18 firefighters approximately 15 minutes to get the incident under control.
Investigators were looking into what caused the fire, and the cost of damages was unknown.
No one was reported to be at the residence at the time the fire broke out.
