Penny and Warren from Penny Ann's Cafe shared his recipe for Classic Quiche.
Egg mixture
10 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp white vinegar
pinch of nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp herb mix or garlic/onion powder
Quiche Filling
1/2 cup Bacon
1/2 cup Ham
1/2 cup Sausage
1 cup cheddar cheese
Put filling in a pre-made pie shell and add the egg mixture.
Bake in 350-degree oven for 45 min to 1 hour.
