2 bananas

2 tablespoons honey

2 cups almond milk

Protein Powder (soy or whey)

Ice

Blend ingredients to desired consistency. Makes two smoothies.

1 cup mangos

1 cup berries

2 tablespoons coconut

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons chia seeds

2 cups fruit juice

Protein powder (optional)

Ice
