Facebook murder suspect found dead in Pennsylvania

ERIE, Pa. — A man accused of killing another man, then posting a video of the crime on Facebook, has been found dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

Police said 37-year-old Steve Stephens shot himself while driving a white Ford Fusion near Buffalo Rd. and Downing Ave. around 11:10 a.m. in Erie, Pa.

Stephens allegedly killed 74-year-old Robert Godwin after he had enjoyed an Easter meal with his children, then posted a video of the killing on Facebook Sunday.
