BOX ELDER COUNTY, Utah — Interstate 15 in Box Elder County is back open after a crash involving 10 to 15 vehicles including a semi-trailer hauling cattle.

Utah Highway Patrol Sgt. Todd Royce said southbound lanes of I-15 were closed starting at mile marker 381, and Troopers were diverting traffic through Tremonton, into Corrine, and then back onto the interstate.

Fox 13 News first heard reports of the crash around 8:35 p.m. Wednesday.

No major injuries were reported.

The crashes come after winter weather hit the state Wednesday, with the largest impacts to drivers occurring in Box Elder and Cache counties.
