ST. GEORGE, Utah – An alleged kidnapping and armed robbery suspect who crashed a stolen truck while running from officers is now in custody.
According to the St. George News, the FBI was searching for David Cody Temples in neighborhoods near St. James Lane in the Bloomington Hills area Thursday.
Officers told the St. George News Temples crashed a 2003 white Dodge Ram into a fence near 2700 S. River Rd. at about 2 p.m.
Temples, wanted on a felony warrant, was captured just before 3:30 p.m.
